Our usual office hours for arrivals are 3pm - 7pm. Should you arrive outside of these times just let us know and book in a complimentary 'out-of-hours' reception. Check-out is by 11am. If you need a late check-out you can just ask and we will always accommodate your request where possible.

On your arrival, we will meet you with your keys to show you your accommodation in Verbier. Pre-book your lift passes and they can be ready on arrival for an early start on the slopes.
